Terms of Service

This version of the terms applies to the pre-launch phase of Loclia — when we collect waitlist emails but the product is not yet publicly available. A full version will be released before paid features launch.

2. What Loclia is today

At this moment Loclia is a landing page with a waitlist signup. The full garden planning app launches in summer 2026. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no contractual relationship — just consent to receive an announcement email at launch.

3. What we collect

Only your email, language, signup context (source, IP hash, User-Agent). See the privacy policy for details.

4. No warranties

The service is in development. We don't guarantee launch date, specific features or availability. Any timing in the roadmap (e.g. "Summer 2026") is indicative.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• submit email addresses you don't own / aren't authorized to use
• circumvent rate limiting or other security mechanisms
• use automated tools for bulk signups

Violations may result in your email being removed and further access from the same IP being blocked.

6. Changes

We'll email you about a new version of the terms before public launch — you'll have the option to unsubscribe if you disagree.

7. Governing law

The relationship is governed by Czech law. Czech courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
